1. Reservations and Payments

Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a $200 non-refundable deposit or a valid credit card on file. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.


2. Cancellation Policy

Standard Services: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will be charged the full reservation amount.

Special Events and Peak Times: Different cancellation policies may apply. These will be communicated at the time of booking.


3. Service Rates and Gratuity

Inclusive Rates: Our rates include taxes, mileage, tolls, and administrative fees. Gratuity is not included but is appreciated for excellent service.

Recommended Gratuity: A standard gratuity of 20% is customary for satisfactory service. For exceptional service, additional gratuity is encouraged.


4. Passenger Conduct and Responsibilities

Behavior: Clients and their guests are expected to behave in a manner that ensures the safety and comfort of all passengers and the chauffeur. Any behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate may result in immediate termination of service without a refund.


5. Damage Policy

Damage and Cleaning Fees: Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or their guests. Cleaning fees will apply for excessive mess or spillage.

Liability for Damage: The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by negligence, misuse, or willful misconduct by the client or their guests.

Cleaning Fees: Excessive cleaning fees may be charged for spills, stains, or any condition that requires professional cleaning services beyond normal use.

Smoking and Vandalism: Any evidence of smoking, vaping, or vandalism will result in additional fees and may result in immediate termination of service.

Fee Assessment: The minimum charge for damage repair or cleaning is $500, and additional fees may apply depending on the extent of the damage.


6. Alcohol and Substance Use

Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol consumption is permitted for passengers of legal drinking age. However, underage drinking is strictly prohibited.

Drug Use: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.


7. Smoking Policy

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all our vehicles. A cleaning fee will be assessed for any violation of this policy. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for any smoking damage.

8. Personal Belongings

Lost Items: We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. Please ensure you have all your belongings upon exiting. If we do find the item, it will be returned. 


8. Limitation of Liability

Unforeseen Circumstances: Glory Dream Limousine is not liable for delays or service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather, or mechanical issues.


9. Privacy and Data Use

Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.


10. Dash Cam Policy

Use of Dash Cams: All Glory Dream Limousine vehicles may be equipped with dash cameras for safety, security, and quality assurance purposes.

Video and Audio Recording: In compliance with California law (Cal. Penal Code § 632), dash cameras may record video footage of the exterior and interior of the vehicle but will not record audio without the explicit consent of all parties in the vehicle.

Data Usage and Storage: Video footage is stored securely and used solely for security, training, or legal purposes. It will not be shared publicly unless required by law enforcement or legal proceedings.

Passenger Privacy: Footage will not be used for any unauthorized purposes, and passengers may request information about recordings related to their ride.

Consent Requirement: By booking a ride with Glory Dream Limousine, passengers acknowledge and consent to video recording in compliance with applicable laws.


11. Acceptance of Terms

Agreement: By booking our services, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions.
